• In a walking distance from Universidad Alberto Hurtado, Universidad Mayor - Alameda Campus; Universidad Silva Henríque; Universidad Diego Portales - Campus Vergara, UNAB - República, Universidad Central, Universidad Santo Tomás and others universities located at the "República" district
• Good transportation by Metro to UBO - Viel Campus (Line 2), School of Engineering - University of Chile, Beaucheff Campus (Line 2), Usach, PUC - Casa Central Campus, UNAB & Universidad San Sebastián at Bellavista Campus, School of Law - Universidad de Chile

• Minimum stay/contract for the second semester: August 1st to Dec 31st
