PAYMENT PROCEDURES & AGENCY'S FEE FOR FURNISHED ROOMS
SERVICE CHARGES AND RENTALS
What is this fee?
Our agency charges a fee for its services to help you find a furnished room or apartment for rental
in Chile. This fee is charged to cover the agency operating
expenses. Its amount is independent on the rental price;
it varies according to the length of stay in the case of monthly
rentals o Shared Flats/Houses, Private Flats and Student Residences.

NOTE 1: Tax of 10% included in the rate (for brokery activities)
NOTE 2: For rentals over six months or one semester, agency's fee is charged for a new period until a maximum of 2 years of stay (for stays from the third year or more, we do not charge any new commission).
NOTE 3: Any extension of the lease period initially reported to our agency will mean a new paymenyt of our agency fees, either proportionally or acoording to a new period of your stay.

METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE FEE AND RENTALS
To secure your reservation you may send
the amount corresponding to the agency fee and the 50% of one monthly rental (few exceptions) by means of either of
the methods of money transfer to Chile: WESTERN UNION www.westernunion.com or www.moneygram.com or through
a deposit in our INTERNATIONAL BANK account (please request details via e-mail). WU or bank commissions are at your cost. WU commission is lower than an international bank transfer.
We will acknowledge the reception of these funds via e-mail
sending a receipt (PDF file) as well as we will give you all the
accommodation details as housekeeper´s name, address and phone
number, directions on how to get the place from the Santiago airport,
If you do not wish to pay the fee in advance, we will not be able
to secure the reservation of your preferred lodging.
PAYMENT OF THE MONTHLY
The monthly rental must be paid directly to the host (housekeeper)
of each housing. Our agency will not receive them, it
however, monitors visitor satisfaction with their accommodation
and it also coordinates departures and reutilization of lodgings
by new visitors.
The monthly rentals must be paid in CHILEAN PESOS and in cash. No
foreign bank checks, traveler checks, foreign currency cash, nor
credit cards are acceptable for now.
The values in US DOLLARS and EUROS detailed in this site are for
reference only. The official values are those expressed in CHILEAN

FIRST HOUSING CHOSEN (FURNISHED ROOMS)
If later on you decide not to continue living at the previously
chosen lodging, you shall give us an advance notice of ONE MONTH.
That first monthly rental is not refundable, as well as our agency fee (reservation fee). We will be pleased to
help you find another housing among the places with which
we operate, not charging a new commission fee. By other hand, if
you decide to move in to rooms or apartments that do not belong to our network,
our commission is not refundable either.
REGARDING THE LENGTH
It is important that you define the total length of your stay when
you make your reservation, since that will help
us define the agency fee that will be charged as well as help us
determine when that housing will become available for another
