METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE AGENCY FEE
To secure your reservation
in advance, you may send the amount corresponding to the 100% of the guarantee deposit for the room or apartment + the 100% of our agency fee by means
of either of these methods of money transfer to Chile:
OPTION 1: WISE www.wise.com (we get the money directly in our Chilean bank account)
Wise is cheaper and faster than most banks – and creating an account only takes a few seconds.
OPTION 2: WESTERN UNION www.westernunion.com (we get the money in cash here in Chile)
OPTION 3: OUR INTERNATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT: From March 2023 on, through an electronic transfer to our international bank account in US Dollars in Citibank, U.S.A.
This money has to be addressed to our agency's Director. Please request
more details via e-mail.
All commissions required by these platforms or banks, are at your cost and have to paid separately from the total money we have to receive here in Chile.
We will acknowledge the reception of these funds via e-mail sending
a receipt, as well as we will give you all the accommodation
details as housekeeper´s name, address and phone number, directions
on how to get the place from the Santiago airport, etc.
If you do not wish to pay the fee in advance, we will not be able
to secure the reservation of your preferred lodging.
REGARDING THE LENGTH
OF STAY
It is important that you define the total length of your stay when
you make your reservation at our agency, since that will help
us define our fee that will be charged as well as help us
determine when that room or apartment will become available for another
visitor. Please, consider that student housings (residences and shared apartments) require a stay period of 5 months as a minimum (since mid-February or March 1st to the July 31st; since mid-July or August 1st to Decembe 31st).
